Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to make someone’s day? We’re looking for a Team Member to serve brilliant coffee and food, create warm customer experiences, and help our bakery feel at the heart of its local community.

At Cornish Bakery, our purpose is to nourish people. You’ll join a supportive team, learn new skills through full training, and play an important part in delivering the quality, care, and personality our customers love.

As a Team Member, you will:

  • Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
  • Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
  • Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
  • Keep the bakery clean, welcoming, and well stocked
  • Follow food safety, allergen, and operational standards
  • Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
