Job Overview

This role is based across County Hall and the Valentine Centre, with travel required between sites.

As part of the expansion of Neurodevelopmental (ND) services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR), Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) is growing its team to improve experiences and outcomes for children, young people (CYP) and their families.

The post supports the ongoing ND Improvement Programme, which aims to enhance diagnosis and care pathways for CYP with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The programme focuses on improving outcomes through service redesign, workforce development and more effective use of resources.

Successful candidates will join a motivated multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred care. The role requires creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, always keeping CYP and families at the heart of service delivery.

Post holders will play a key role in reducing waiting times, improving access to support and driving positive change across local ND services. The team is ambitious, innovative and committed to learning, reducing inequalities and improving the quality and accessibility of services for the local population. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future development of ND services within LLR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
