Join our Growing Admin and Clerical Team!
Our service is growing, and we are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity to join our Radiology Clerical team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
This role is perfect for those with strong communication skills who thrive in a close-knit team environment while also collaborating with a wide range of professionals across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vital administrative and clerical support for ultrasound and other imaging services.
- Occasionally support the service across other hospital sites.
- Welcoming patients and service users to the department.
- Booking patients in for their examinations and directing to the relevant sub-waiting areas.
- Arranging Ultrasound and other appointments in line with clinical pathway targets.
- Answering telephone queries and other general clerical duties.
