About the Role
Lime unit is an all male acute mental health unit. Lime has an established team who show compassionate care for patients who are in mental health crisis.
What We Are Looking For
The lime team are looking for passionate motivated individuals who want to make a meaningful difference to support patients during their journey to recovery.
Requirements
- To deliver high quality patient centred care.
- To support with self care and living activities.
- To have high quality written and verbal skills to feel confident in writing reports as well as spending time with patients on a 1:1 basis.
- To be part of management for verbal and physical aggression.
- To work flexible off duty late, early and night shifts including all week days and weekends.
- To be able to self motivated and show ability to work independently.
- To be a trusted member of the team to support and help the patient navigate their journey to recovery.

About the Organisation
We are the lead provider of healthcare for people with serious mental illness, learning disabilities and autism across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES), Swindon and Wiltshire, and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
