Job Opportunity at Northcroft
An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in providing a high-quality reception service at Northcroft. The post holder will act as a first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Northcroft. The post holder will liaise professionally at all times with visitors, patients, medical, nursing, clinical support, clerical, and secretarial staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a reception role is required, as well as a level 2 administration/customer care qualification.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work alone or as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience within the NHS and dealing with the general public would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- To provide a full range of reception, switchboard, and administrative duties.
- To be the first point of contact for the public, visitors, and service users when contacting Community Services, Steps to Recovery, AOT, HTT, and Acute teams across the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

- Wednesday: 07.30-10.30
- Thursday: 7.30 - 15.30
- Friday: 08.00 - 18.00

- Monday: 07.30 - 15.30
- Thursday: 07.30 - 5.30
- Saturday: 09.00 - 15.00
- Sunday: 15.00 - 22.00
