To support on the delivery of a comprehensive, professional, and confidential support function in the provision of Facilities management services.
Facilities teams are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and supportive environment in which clinical services can operate effectively. This includes services such as cleaning, catering, waste management, portering, linen, and pest control.
- The post holder will work alongside Facilities Managers and their team in delivering effective facilities management services.
- The job is 37.5 hours per week.
- The post is based at Watford Hospital but there may occasionally be a requirement to travel to other sites at Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. A driving license is required.

- We are unable to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit) for this role.
To provide admin support to the management and auditing team, typing up and sending out audit reports and compiling monthly reports.
- Manage the inbox for all facilities-related queries, responding where possible or allocating to the appropriate person.
- Completing, extracting relevant Datix data, ensuring the Datix are reviewed and compiling relevant reports, and chasing up information.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes where applicable.
- Using the Micad system to manage pest control and other relevant jobs.
- Ensuring that all catering reports are saved onto the shared.
