We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Team Administrator to join our Psychology/OT Teams based at the Tamarind Centre which is a medium secure unit in Yardley Green.
Role Overview
The Team Administrator role is a central role within the departments and provides administrative support to the Psychology and OT Leads and Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Manage your time effectively to meet the needs of the service.
- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a busy office environment is essential.
- The post holder will also be required to take comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation.

Requirements
- The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.
