👶🚑 Band 5 Paediatric A&E Nurses Needed | Newport 🚑👶
Are you an experienced Band 5 Paediatric A&E Nurse looking for flexible shifts, competitive rates, and a supportive recruitment team?
We're currently recruiting talented Paediatric Emergency Nurses for ongoing opportunities in Newport, with regular Long Day shifts (07:00-19:30) available.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year NHS experience
- Valid NMC Registration
- Previous experience within Paediatric A&E / Emergency Care
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct triage and initial patient assessments
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to infants, children, and young people
- Administer medications and manage pain effectively
- Monitor patient observations and respond to clinical changes
- Provide reassurance, support, and clear communication to families
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain readiness for emergency situations and rapid interventions
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing clinical environment
