Band 5 Physiotherapist
Salary: £30,491 FTE, based on experience, (£17,075 pro rata)
Hours of Duty: 21 hours per week over five days
Reports to: Band 7 Therapy Lead
Location: Wendover, Bucks
Are you a passionate and compassionate Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to people’s lives?
The Chilterns Neuro Centre (CNC) is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our friendly and dedicated Therapy Team, supporting people living with neurological conditions to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your clinical expertise, ideas and person-centred approach will be valued. You’ll manage your own varied caseload, working closely with members, carers and other professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation.
You will provide advice, education and support to CNC members and carer members to promote independence, participation and quality of life. You will also support therapy assistants and students at CNC while contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of our therapy service, and work collaboratively with GPs, other healthcare professionals and other external agencies.

We’re looking for a qualified physiotherapist who is:
- HCPC registered and committed to maintaining professional standards.
- Passionate about person-centred rehabilitation.
- Confident managing their own caseload.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with members and carers.
- A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently.
- Committed to reflective practice and continuing professional development.
- Organised, compassionate and motivated to make a difference.
- Excited to actively support fundraising within the charity.
Experience of working with people with neurological conditions would be welcomed, although we are keen to hear from Physiotherapists who are enthusiastic about developing their skills in neurological rehabilitation.
