Are you a highly motivated, dynamic Nurse who is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care?

Would you like to be part of a committed and supportive multi-disciplinary team that delivers empowering and compassionate care?

Would you like the opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge and skills within palliative care?

If so, a Registered Nurse role at St Peters Hospice could be for you.

About the Role

We are expanding and looking for Band 5 RN’s to join our team within the Inpatient Unit. It is desirable, but not essential for you to have any previous palliative care experience, as you will receive a full induction and ongoing support and development from the IPU Sisters, Practice Education team and our in-house Education Team.

As part of a supportive and committed team, you will be involved in the planning and provision of specialist palliative care for our patients and in supporting their families. You will also work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
