Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a Band 5 Physiotherapy Rotation in the South West?

Sirona care & health are looking to recruit highly motivated physiotherapists who will deliver a high quality service and thrive on the opportunities this post offers. Sirona care & health are moving to an innovative integrated network model with emphasis on admission prevention, rapid acute management and long term self-management, enabling patients to live better lives in their own environment.

We have fantastic locality based rotations which include core and specialist areas such as: MSK, LD, Neurology, Paediatrics, falls, respiratory, and community (supporting Discharge to Assess, Prevention of Admission and Community Therapy pathways). You will be working in a variety of locations (patients’ homes, outpatient clinics, Community Rehab Beds etc.).

Rotations are 6 months long with excellent induction, supervision and training frameworks which you will be engaged in immediately. Sirona care & health also supports students across the organisation and there will be opportunity for you to support student placements as you develop your own knowledge and skills. This highly supportive culture enables junior clinicians to develop into effective, autonomous clinicians with a broad range of transferable skill.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
