About the Role
At Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, the skills to develop, support, and maintain our systems and services are done in-house with the help of a highly motivated group of technical specialists and specialist application support staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Microsoft 365 Technician with an excellent understanding and knowledge of Microsoft products, network, infrastructure, and systems support to join our ICT team. Adding to the wealth of knowledge already within the team.
The ideal candidate will understand service needs and business impact, proactively supporting issue resolution, and responding at pace to demands in the live environment.
Main Duties
The main duties are to participate in the provision of an effective, efficient, and high-quality technical support service for BSMHFT staff, ensuring that all support calls regarding ICT technical issues and infrastructure are recorded and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with ICT services standards.
