The Infusion Unit
The Infusion unit is a Nurse led unit which facilitates the administration of biologic therapies and other medications which require IV access to our community of patients suffering from chronic conditions, therefore preventing hospital admissions.
About the Unit
We are a dynamic team, having had a recent investment we now provide our service over 6 days, including bank holidays. The service provides treatments for all areas of specialist medicines.
Team and Development
The team is active in research studies providing CPD and development opportunities as well as supporting Junior Doctor placements and college students which provides variety to the role and encourages the development of mentorship and leadership skills through cohesive working and learning.
Role Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated full time staff nurse to join our team based on the Infusion Unit. You will be well supported in the transition, with full training to take on the expectations of the unit. You will be adaptable to change and bring your own unique innovation and passion where your ideas will be listened to and incorporated into the daily running and evolution of the service.
