Children's Speech & Language Therapist - Fixed Term for 12 months

Band 6 - £45,953 - £54,254 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata

Full time and part time hours available

Due to an ever-increasing demand for our services, Bromley Healthcare's Children's SLT Service is continuing to expand our fantastic and supportive team.

We are currently developing a Universal, Targeted Specialist model in mainstream schools, delivering EHCP intervention in mainstream schools, as well as expanding our buy-in service in mainstream schools, special schools and provisions.

Day-to-day, you will provide assessment and therapy services to a mixed paediatric caseload with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), as well as report writing and opportunities for training parents/carers and those working with children with SLCN. Special school/provision work would involve working with children with a variety of severe, additional and complex needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties, Developmental Language Disorder and Speech Disorders. We always ask for your preferences of where you would like to work any time we are re-timetabling.
