Forensic Community Mental Health Team
Do you have a passion for working with people who have a mental illness that impacts their offending behaviour, you may be the right person for the Forensic Community Mental Health Team. We are a small MDT who work across all of the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust area (Coventry, North Warwickshire and South Warwickshire) providing care and treatment to people whose mental health has led to serious offending and engagement with the criminal justice system. The role will include:
- Working with people who have a mental illness, which is associated with their offending behaviour
- Complete comprehensive risk assessments including HCR-20
- Liaise and engage with criminal justice agencies, such as police, probation, prisons etc.
- Attend relevant meetings with MAPPA and MARAC where relevant.
- Provide oversight of medication, including depots.
