Band 6 - Community Specialist Podiatrist

£45,953 - £54,254 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata

Full or part-time roles available, flexible working considered.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced podiatrist to join our supportive and friendly team to provide high-risk/wound care to patients across the borough of Bromley. There will also be opportunities for MSK and nail surgery rotations.

The prospective candidate must have wound care experience, be motivated, flexible, and able to work as part of a friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will have a community-focused clinical caseload with a responsibility to provide foot healthcare and advice to patients with “at risk” feet. As a community foot protection team, we coordinate with King's College and Princess Royal Hospital diabetic foot services for shared care of patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide foot healthcare and advice to patients with “at risk” feet.
  • Coordinate with King's College and Princess Royal Hospital diabetic foot services for shared care of patients.
  • Deliver a range of podiatry treatments including wound care, at-risk, and biomechanical interventions.

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Podiatrists with post-graduate experience.
  • High degree of motivation and clinical skills.
  • Flexible approach to service provision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
