Make a Difference as a Band 6 Health Visitor!

Are you an experienced and passionate Health Visitor ready for your next challenge? At HCRG Care Group, we're looking for a dedicated Band 6 Health Visitor (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) to join our friendly and supportive team within Wiltshire Children's Community Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of children and families across Wiltshire. You'll play a key role in delivering the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme, working proactively with families to promote good health, prevent ill health, and give every child the best possible start in life.

What you'll be part of

As a Health Visitor, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and deliver a high-quality, proactive health visiting service for children and their families.
  • Build trusted relationships with families and support them to achieve positive health outcomes.
  • Help reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Play an important role in safeguarding children and promoting their health, development, and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations across the community.
  • Use your expertise, initiative, and skills to make a difference.
