We have an exciting new opportunity for Midwifery

Vacancy Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Start Date: as soon as possible

Shift Days/Contract length: weekdays & weekends ongoing

Shift Times: days/nights/earlies/lates

Duties:

  • Provide safe, high-quality, woman-centred maternity care in accordance with NMC guidelines and Trust policies.
  • Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
  • Supporting normal birth.
  • Recognising and escalating complications.
  • Administering medication safely.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Promoting the wellbeing of women and newborns.
  • Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective maternity care.
