Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic projects and transformation programmes across the organisation. The post holder will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery to agreed objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards.
Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders, you will provide project leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support the delivery of organisational priorities. You will oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, performance reporting and assurance processes, ensuring that projects remain on track and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives and benefits.
- Develop and maintain project plans, reporting frameworks, risk registers and governance documentation.
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and implementing appropriate mitigating actions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and business cases for senior management and governance forums.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops and meetings to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Support the management of project budgets, resources and timelines.
- Ensure robust governance arrangements are in place and projects comply with organisational policies and standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of project management best practice across the organisation.
