At Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an exceptional Interventional & Fluoroscopy Radiology Manager to lead our dedicated IRF team at Musgrove Park Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your advanced clinical expertise with operational leadership, helping deliver safe, effective and patient-centred services across our Interventional Radiology and Fluoroscopy pathways.

As the Interventional & Fluoroscopy Radiology Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the IRF team to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate services effectively.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in clinical practice.

Requirements
- Registered Radiographer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Interventional Radiology and Fluoroscopy.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
