HPB & Liver Transplant Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Liver and Digestive Health Division at the Royal Free Hospital for a HPB & Liver Transplant Service Manager.

This role is responsible for supporting the operational management and day-to-day delivery of a nationally recognised specialist service, ensuring high standards of patient care, performance, and service efficiency.

The post holder will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to manage administrative teams, monitor service performance, support workforce planning, oversee governance processes, and deliver national and Trust targets.

The role also contributes to service development, financial management, quality improvement, and patient experience initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare manager to play a key role within a highly specialised service, helping to drive operational excellence and support the delivery of world-class care for patients undergoing HPB and liver transplant treatment.

The postholder will support the General Manager & Operations Clinical Integration Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the service. This role is based at the Royal Free site.
