About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced change professional to lead utilisation, adoption, and benefits realisation for the Shared Patient Record service. This is an exciting opportunity to work across health and care organisations, helping clinicians and operational teams make better use of shared information to support safer, more coordinated, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement, communications, education, training, and change activities that embed the Shared Patient Record into clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyse utilisation and adoption data, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate benefits and service developments, coordinate user enquiries, and work closely with clinical, operational, digital, information governance, and supplier stakeholders.
  • Lead adoption, utilisation, and benefits realisation for the Hertfordshire and West Essex Shared Patient Record.
  • Work with clinical, operational, digital, and information governance teams to embed the service into everyday workflows; deliver training, demonstrations, communications, and user guidance; analyse utilisation and benefits data; and identify targeted opportunities to improve uptake and user experience.
  • Coordinate enquiries, enhancement requests, and service improvements, escalating issues through appropriate governance routes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
