Job Description: Band 7 CAMHS Team Manager

This post will be based in North Somerset Urgent Care and Treatment Team.

We are seeking a highly motivated, inspirational leader, Band 7 CAMHS Team Manager who is ready for a new challenge.
The right candidate will put young people at the heart of the service, will possess good problem solving skills and have the ability to achieve results through collaboration with staff and young people. Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to help develop an intensive outreach and hospital assessment team. We would want the manager to be a key role within this development.
The post is part of a comprehensive and specialist Child & Adolescent Mental Health service within AWP with close links to North Somerset CAMHS teams, as well as other BNSSG CAMHS teams.

Working in partnership with the Clinical Service managers, Team Managers, and Clinical Lead, the post holder will ensure excellent clinical standards are maintained within the team, and ensure the best use of available resources by delivering positive outcomes for individual service users and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and lead a recovery-oriented, multi-disciplinary Integrated Intensive Outreach and Home Treatment team in a community Child and Adolescent mental health setting.
- Ensure excellent clinical standards are maintained within the team.
- Ensure the best use of available resources by delivering positive outcomes for individual service users and their families.
