We are seeking a passionate and motivated Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) – Physical Health to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an exciting development opportunity for an aspiring clinician who is eager to expand their expertise, influence service delivery, and become a future leader in advanced practice. Working within the Women's Secure Blended Service and Secure CAMHS, you will support the physical healthcare needs of individuals with complex mental and physical health conditions, ensuring they receive holistic, safe, and effective care.

As a Trainee ACP, you will undertake a structured development programme aligned to the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice: Clinical Practice, Leadership and Management, Education, and Research. Supported by experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Consultants, and multidisciplinary colleagues, you will develop advanced assessment, clinical decision-making, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills.

  • Delivering high-quality physical health assessments and interventions for patients with complex needs.
  • Working collaboratively with medical, nursing, allied health professional, and support teams to provide integrated care.

  • Developing advanced clinical skills, including history taking, examination, diagnosis, and clinical management.
