Pulse is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Band 8 Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join a leading NHS service in London on an initial 3-month contract with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Physiotherapist seeking a rewarding locum role within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Working at an advanced practice level, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and managing complex patient presentations while providing clinical leadership and expertise across the service.

The Role
- Advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex patients.
- Independent clinical decision-making within scope of practice.
- Management of high-risk and complex caseloads.
- Collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supporting service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Providing leadership, education and support to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Significant NHS experience within a relevant specialist area.
- Previous experience working at Band 8 level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic healthcare setting.
