Job Description
Direct Medics are seeking an Advanced Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to provide expert clinical pharmacy leadership in a hospital setting, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines optimisation, alongside strong governance and service development.

This is a permanent position starting from December 2026/January 2027 or as soon as possible.
Requirements
- GPhC registration
- Degree/Master’s in Pharmacy
- Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience
- Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of medicines management and national pharmaceutical guidelines
- Right to live and work in the UK
