Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic Estates Senior Property and Leasing Manager to join our Estates & Facilities team.
This is a key senior role responsible for leading the operational and tactical management of the Trust’s diverse property portfolio, including LIFT, PFI and leasehold estate. You will play a vital role in ensuring our estate is optimised, financially efficient, and fit for the future, supporting the delivery of high-quality care environments for patients, staff and visitors.

You Will
- Lead complex lease negotiations, renewals, and landlord discussions, ensuring best value for money
- Manage a varied portfolio including LIFT, PFI and leasehold arrangements
- Oversee rent, service charge and property budgets, maintaining strong financial control
- Lead on Heads of Terms development and strategic property decisions
- Drive estate optimisation and portfolio reviews, supporting long-term planning
- Manage lease events, including break clauses, expiries and rent reviews
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders across the Trust
- Lead and deliver property-related projects and workstreams
- Deputise for the Head of Land & Property when required
