Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist Opportunity
Are you a Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist interested in working with stroke and other neurological conditions? Come and work with us on 6 South at the Royal Free Hospital (RFH), Hampstead.
This post offers neuropsychology input to the acute stroke and neurology unit on 6 South, providing a specialist clinical psychology/neuropsychology service to patients alongside medical, nursing and therapy colleagues within the MDT.
Clinical work on 6 South includes brief assessment, rehabilitation and systemic work with individuals, families and wider social networks affected by recent stroke and neurological conditions, with consultation, training and guidance to the wider team and networks around the person integral to the role. The postholder will also offer consultation input to Neuro REACT, an inreach MDT supporting neurorehabilitation for patients on outlier wards, or who need high intensity input. Clinical supervision is provided by the Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist also based at RFH.
