General Manager for the Liver and Digestive Health Directorate
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and motivated leader who can bring energy and focus to the role of General Manager for the Liver and Digestive Health Directorate. This role is a key part of the Liver and Digestive Health Directorate Management Team.
The successful candidate will provide senior leadership within the Directorate and influence service design and delivery across the organisation. They will work with the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing to provide leadership to Directorate staff, ensuring clear communication of Trust and Directorate values, vision, priorities, and expectations to ensure the engagement of teams to deliver services of the highest quality, whilst ensuring that key performance and financial targets are met.

This post would suit an individual who has extensive experience at a senior level within an acute Trust environment and who has a good understanding of governance and performance requirements within the NHS.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in collaboration with multi-professional teams and has a strong commitment to improving performance, quality, and safety.
