Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Social Housing Eligibility

All applicants for the 1-bed villas must be approved for General or Priority Social Housing via the NSW Housing Register.

Affordable Housing Eligibility

The 2-bedroom villa is available under the Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) scheme. Applicants must meet specific income and eligibility criteria as outlined in the Cawarra Residential Affordable Housing Policy.

Individualised Living Options (ILO)

Individualised Living Options (ILO) is an NDIS support that focuses on how you want to live, who you live with, and the support network that helps you stay independent. Unlike a traditional group home, ILO is a highly flexible model that allows you to design a living arrangement tailored to your lifestyle – whether that involves living with a host, housemates, or on your own with a custom team of mentors and support workers.

Wheelchair Accessible Housing

Wheelchair Accessible housing is a specific design feature for residents with mobility needs. Within this development, one of the five villas has been purpose-built to be fully accessible, featuring wider doorways, level-access transitions, and a modified bathroom. This ensures a safe and functional environment for individuals who require physical assistance or use a wheelchair for daily mobility.

We are here to help you. Choosing a home is a big step and we know you’ll have a few questions.

Dedicated to making a meaningful social impact, we deliver high-quality, affordable, and social housing for individuals and families who need it most.

Cawarra Residential acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal peoples, their cultures, and their ongoing connection to the lands and waters of NSW.
