Role Description
The Adviser role is a home-based position based in Yorkshire, with a blend of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Bank Adviser will support clients by assessing their financial needs, explaining suitable banking and wealth management products, and providing clear, compliant advice tailored to individual circumstances.

Daily Responsibilities
- Conducting client meetings
- Preparing recommendations and reports
- Liaising with internal colleagues and external professional advisers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Monitoring client portfolios
- Responding to queries promptly
- Contributing to continuous improvement of advice processes and client service standards
The adviser will work within regulatory frameworks and company policies to ensure that all advice and client interactions meet the highest ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client advisory skills, including the ability to assess financial needs, explain complex information clearly, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Knowledge of wealth management solutions, and financial planning principles, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening, presentation skills, and professional written communication.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills for interpreting financial data, evaluating options, and producing accurate reports and recommendations.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered advice and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client cases, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, proficiency with standard office and CRM software, and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and in-office colleagues.

Relevant financial services qualifications (e.g., industry-recognized adviser certifications or diplomas) and previous experience in banking, financial advice, or wealth management are highly beneficial.
