Job Overview

Are you looking for a change of area or simply need more flexibility to manage your work/life balance? Then working for the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust Bank may be just the answer!

The Trust Bank provides cover to Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. This incorporates hospitals and Community Services in the following areas:

  • Loughborough
  • Coalville
  • Hinckley
  • Lutterworth
  • Market Harborough
  • Melton Mowbray
  • Rutland
  • Leicester City Centre
  • Glenfield

If you can be flexible in your work availability this increases the chances of us matching shift requirements to your availability. We do have a variety of shift patterns available.

Due to the nature of Bank work we cannot offer work to Nurses who have not completed their preceptorship. If you are currently going through your preceptorship an application can still be made and we would hold your start until the course was completed and evidenced.

If you are looking for flexible work that can fit around your other commitments, then this could be just what you're looking for?

Please state clearly on your application if you are a RNA, RNC RNMH or RNLD as helps us with assigning you to the correct interview panel if shortlisted.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
