Our bank Care and Support Worker opportunities allow you to work flexibly around your existing commitments. You can let us know when you are available and pick up suitable shifts based on your availability and the needs of our clients.
With visits ranging from 1 hour to up to 20 hours per week, this could be an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for additional income without the commitment of a fixed working pattern.
About The Role
As a Bank Care and Support Worker, you will support people to remain independent and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Your Role May Include
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
- Helping with household tasks
- Supporting shopping, appointments and community activities
- Assisting with meals and everyday activities
- Encouraging independence and respecting individual choices
- Supporting clients to remain connected with their families and communities
- Helping clients do more of the things that matter to them

For driving roles, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
Where You'll Work
This is a community-based role, supporting clients in their own homes or sheltered housing accommodation.
You will help people remain independent, active and connected within their communities while providing care that is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
