About The Role
As a Bank Sessional Support Worker, you'll provide flexible cover across our services, supporting people with everyday living while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting people with daily routines and activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Helping individuals access their local community and enjoy hobbies and interests
- Providing practical and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting people with moving and handling needs (full training provided)

Flexible Bank Opportunities
As a Bank Sessional colleague, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working shifts that fit around your availability while helping us provide high-quality support when it's needed most.
Our services operate seven days a week, with shifts including:
- 7:00am to 2:30pm
- 2:30pm to 10:00pm
- Waking nights
- Weekends
