Location: Prestemede Care Home - Shaw healthcare, Townend, Presteigne LD8 2DE
Salary: £15.17
Working Hours: Bank 0 Hour Contract - as/when required in service including weekends

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing, cooking and serving fresh, high-quality meals for residents.
- Planning varied, nutritious menus that cater for dietary, cultural and individual preferences.
- Supporting celebrations, themed events and special occasions with delicious catering.
- Ordering stock within budget and company guidelines using approved suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate food safety records in line with HACCP requirements.
- Ensuring the kitchen consistently meets high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, following all procedures.
- Leading, motivating and supporting members of the catering team.
