Bank Clinical Administrator
Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint a Bank Clinical Administrator within our friendly and supportive Clinical Administration team, based at our sites in Farnham and Guildford. We work between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and will require flexible cover during these periods. We are also required to work occasional weekends and public holidays 10:00-14:00.
The role provides administrative support to our clinical teams and liaises with external healthcare professionals, as well as patients and their families.

About You
A successful Clinical Administrator will have:
- Proven administrative experience in a clinical setting
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- The ability to respond calmly and effectively in distressing circumstances
- Awareness of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care and its services
- Positive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high quality care and support
- Excellent IT skills

About Us
We are based in Farnham and Guildford, and provide bespoke, compassionate palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire.
