Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Bank - Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed in the service, shifts between 8am-5pm
About the Role
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant who is ready to make a positive impact at New Elmcroft, a 60 en-suite bedded care home located in a quiet residential setting in Shoreham by Sea, close to Brighton and Worthing. The facility specialises in nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and Laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues, good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Work on your own initiative and maintain high level of hygiene within the home.
