DUNDEE UNIVERSITY or SCOTGEM FINAL YEAR MEDICAL STUDENTS ONLY - AMU

NHS Tayside Staff bank are currently recruiting final Year Medical Students to work in AMU as Healthcare Support Workers. (HCSW)

This role is for final year medical students from Dundee and ScotGEM to act in capacity as a HCSW to aid the tasks and flow on AMU. Applicants will be tasked with supporting the charge nurse and junior doctors to take bloods, place cannulas, do ECGs etc as required to help with the immediate (60 minute bundle) investigations for patients on the acute medical unit.

They will be supervised and supported by the charge nurse and consultant on shift.
