Exams Invigilators Wanted at Weymouth and Kingston Maurward Campuses

We are looking for Exams Invigilators to work across both our Weymouth and Kingston Maurward campuses. Are you well organised with good IT skills? Are you looking for a flexible role as part of our wider College team?

Our Exams Invigilators oversee and supervise examinations for our students and learners and ensure that guidelines and regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

You would be responsible for preparing exam rooms and supervising candidates throughout their exam, ensuring a fair and proper conduct in an environment that enables students to perform at their best. Applicants would need to be available during busy exam periods (usually, January, May, June and November), will receive full training and have the opportunity to develop within our College environment.

The Important Bit

Coastland College is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and so an online search will be conducted for the successful candidates. All new employees to the College are required to complete and obtain an enhanced DBS disclosure. A copy of our Safeguarding Policy can be found on the College website.
