  • 07:00 - 22:00
  • 07:00 - 14:30
  • 14:30 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 07:00 (Waking Nights)

Birch Tree Place is a welcoming supported living service located in a peaceful residential area of Bartley Green.

The people we support enjoy vibrant and active lives within their local community. From exploring nearby parks and countryside walks at Woodgate Valley Country Park, to visiting local leisure facilities, libraries, shops and cafés, there's always something happening.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping people live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Supporting people within their own homes
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence
  • Helping people develop daily living skills
  • Providing personal care where required
  • Supporting people to access community activities
  • Accompanying people on shopping trips and outings
  • Attending sporting events, social groups and local activities
  • Supporting hobbies such as baking, crafts, music and gardening

Most importantly, you'll be helping people achieve their personal goals, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

No Experience? No Problem.

You don't need previous experience in social care to join Lifeways.
