Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Good general education.
- Care Certificate, or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe.
- Experience of working under supervision and supporting colleagues within a team environment.
- Experience of delivering patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and recognise own limitations.
- Good typing, data entry, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to safely undertake patient moving and handling and delegated nursing/therapy tasks following training.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working within community healthcare services, the NHS, or an acute/urgent care setting.
- Basic wound care knowledge and skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
