Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Outpatients team in the provision of exemplary patient care.
- Contribute to the support, care and monitoring of patients attending the department.
- Identify and report any significant changes that may affect a patient's health and wellbeing to the appropriate clinician.
- Assist with the safe movement of patients in line with hospital policies and procedures.
- Support clinical colleagues in maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery.

- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within a hospital environment.
- Experience performing phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient observations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience within an Outpatients/Breastcare Department
You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and committed to maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Working Pattern
Flexible bank shifts are available:
- Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:30
- Saturday between 08:00 and 13:00
