Imaging Administrator | Spire Nottingham | Tollerton | Bank | Ad-Hoc Shifts

Competitive Hourly Rate | Weekly Pay

Spire Nottingham Hospital are currently recruiting an Imaging Administrator to join their Admin department on a bank basis.

This is a flexible bank role, working on an "as and when required" basis to support staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover during periods of annual leave and absence.

Please note that access to your own transport is essential due to limited public transport links.

The Role

As an Imaging Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to our multidisciplinary radiology team by:

  • Managing and coordinating radiology appointments in line with departmental procedures.
  • Contacting patients to arrange bookings and supporting them throughout their journey.
  • Liaising with consultants, clinicians and hospital departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Processing radiology reports and ensuring timely distribution to the relevant recipients.
  • Providing pricing information and estimates for self-pay patients.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records across hospital and radiology information systems.
  • Collecting, collating and reporting activity data, including NHS and BUPA reporting requirements.
  • Supporting general departmental administration including filing, document management and correspondence.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality and information governance standards.
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and supporting the training and induction of new colleagues.
