Supporting our busy Imaging department, you’ll ensure every patient’s journey is organised, efficient, and reassuring from first contact through to their visit and follow-up. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate approach will directly enhance patient outcomes and support our clinical teams to deliver the highest standards of care.
This is a flexible bank opportunity, working between Monday - Sunday between 07:30–20:00, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within radiology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact patients and arrange radiology appointments, liaising with other departments as needed
- Establish and maintain communication on routine care matters
- Accurately input patient data onto hospital and radiology systems
- Manage email enquiries and referrals in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain administrative records, including filing and document handling
- Transfer and distribute radiology reports appropriately
- Book and record patient appointments via phone, face-to-face, and referral letters
- Welcome and assist patients, consultants, and visitors
- Register new and follow-up patients efficiently
- Ensure all patient information is handled in line with Data Protection, Information Governance, and Spire policies

Who we’re looking for:
You’ll bring excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and previous experience in a healthcare or patient-focused administrative role. You’ll be confident using IT systems, able to prioritise effectively, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
Working Hours:
Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7:30 – 20:00
