Hours: Bank, Flexible Shifts
Salary: £15.07 per hour - inclusive of 12.07% holiday entitlement uplift

As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll play a vital and rewarding role in helping individuals improve their quality of life and work towards their personal goals. We’re looking for Support Workers with a strong understanding of Mental Health and/or Autism, and a real passion for person-centred care that empowers individuals toward independence and recovery. You’ll bring excellent communication skills and, ideally, experience supporting people with daily living skills, community activities, and positive social engagement.
About Brook House & South Grove
Brook House in Clayton-le-Woods offers an enhanced supported living environment designed for people with mental health needs, autism, or learning disabilities. 24-hour on-site support is provided by staff who live on the premises, and are always available - whether for practical support or a friendly conversation - ensuring residents feel connected and supported around the clock.
South Grove House provides specialist residential care and support for people living with mental health conditions, autism, and complex needs. Offering a safe, community-based environment where people are supported to live as independently and purposefully as possible, our team works alongside residents, families, and professionals to help each person move forward from hospital care into community life, with plans shaped around individual needs, strengths, and goals.
