About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for a mini bus Driver/Courier to provide a flexible driving service to the College including transporting students and staff.

We are seeking a mini bus Driver/Courier to play a vital role in our journey.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Provide a transport service for learners in college mini buses.
  • Provide the college courier/post service.
  • Provide assistance in moving equipment.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and end users.
  • To develop awareness of Health and Safety regulations in the area of responsibility.

Ideal Candidate Criteria

  • Possess a clean driving licence with 3 years driving experience.
  • Possess both a PCV and full D1 Licence.
  • Experience of carrying out vehicle and maintenance checks.
  • Experience of working with young people and the public.
  • Experience of working with minimum supervision.
