Tiger Primary School is a ‘Good’ school in the heart of Loose, Maidstone with over 450 children aged 4 to 11. Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Tiger Cubs Day Nursery as they seek passionate Nursery Practitioners to join their dynamic staff bank. With casual, zero-hour contracts, this role offers the flexibility allowing you to immerse yourself in the nurturing environment of a nursery without the constraints of a full-time commitment.
The Main Duties Of The Role Include

- Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
- Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
- Maintaining child development and observation records.
- Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
- Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in every day practice.
Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a child care setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positive role-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery.
