Bank Outpatients Administrator | Spire Murrayfield Hospital | Bank
Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Edinburgh are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team on an ad-hoc, bank basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients, visitors, and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Outpatient department for patients, visitors, and staff.
- To undertake administrative role in handling consultant clinic requests, written request for appointments, and other administrative activities as they occur.
- To deal with all telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
- To give clear, concise information to all enquiries.
- To liaise with Catering Department regarding orders for refreshments by patients and visitors.
- To provide administrative assistance in the preparation of clinic lists, patient registration forms, charging and all other duties as determined by your team and/or manager.
- Ensure that all filing of results and other information is accurately filed in the patient’s notes.

Who We're Looking For
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role, within a similar industry would be ideal but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer Service skills.
- Process driven.
- Team player.
- Computer literate.
- Adept at handling various calls on a daily basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

0 - 37.5 per week
