About The Role

The Junction Health Centre are currently looking for Bank Patient Service Advisors to join our GP Practice in Wandsworth on a 0 hour a week Bank contract.

The Junction Health centre operates 7 days a week is open 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday.

At Practice Plus Group, we operate community general practices on behalf of the NHS, offering patients the full range of services they would expect from a local GP. We work in partnership with the NHS to ensure that patients get quick and easy access to the care they need at the right time.

The successful candidate will:

  • Process deal with patient enquiries face to face and over the telephone
  • Book and amend patient appointments
  • Send referrals to hospitals
  • Appropriately signpost patients to services within the community
  • Have an overview of the demands and workflow of the practice
  • Work with the Practice Manager in daily management of appointments
