Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join its Theatre Department Staffing Bank Team. The successful candidate will have proven orthopaedic experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with scrub expertise to join our well-established theatre team. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
- Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
- Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse (no restrictions).
- Minimum 2 years scrub experience (Orthopaedics)
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible, positive attitude.
- Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification
- Full-time 37.5 hours per week
